CURRENT STATE
- All seven defects from the final code/documentation audit have been repaired.
- The service-worker cache generation was advanced so the repaired PWA assets can be delivered to installed clients.
- Build, type-check, lint, PHP/JavaScript syntax, 53 PHP static contracts, 12 Node tests, Python migrations, Python privacy/reset contracts and 283 package checks pass.
- The target-host runner passes 15 checks and reports the four missing local PHP modules: sqlite3, curl, mbstring and zip.
- A real PHP remediation integration suite is included and automatically runs when sqlite3 is available; it was not run in this sandbox.

NEXT REQUIRED ACTION
Deploy the flat direct-deploy ZIP to a non-production LiteSpeed staging host with all required PHP modules, run npm run verify in the companion source handover where appropriate, run the target-host acceptance runner against the live HTTPS URL, then complete Together, production-data and physical Android acceptance.

- Replace the server-direct PHP/SQLite architecture.
- remove or weaken the transaction, journal, lockout, offline encryption, path confinement, service-worker update or privacy controls.
